It was the first time I've been to The Exchange. I absolutely loved the experience. They have a lot of stock and whether they are used or not as well as the condition of the item , denotes the price. I picked up battlefield 2042 for $20 and Battlefield 1- Revolution for $7. There was no shortage of staff that helped me promptly. They also have records (vinyl) and movies. Again, depending on condition, you will pay different amounts. The do take credit cards so you don't have to run for cash! Great place if you're looking for a movie, game or vinyl!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. These children that know nothing of what they are selling or "exchanging". They clearly don't when asked about a key feature of a product they refused to understand what was happening and did not know at all about it and refused to answer a simple request. So that's ok I'll go out of my way to spend my money elsewhere.

Don't waste your time trying to sell legit high value collectibles here. I waited an hour in the shop for my items to be "priced" and I had to ask if they were ready rather than them notifying me like they said. One of the workers told me to my face they don't make offers above 50% of the retail price. Which would be one thing I could sort of understand as a business... except none of my items were priced any higher than 10%. Total joke. I took back everything and listed on ebay instead.

staff was very attentive and friendly despite my obviously aloof demeanor, provided every assistance I needed. Altho the item i purchased was defective, they provided a full refund and the manager was very understanding and cooperative, even relating his own experience with a similar situation during the pandemic. I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.

Great selection, and the staff have always been super friendly. They'll definitely overprice some items, but I still find lots of games and collectibles that I would never see anywhere else. I actually avoided them for awhile because I've been told frequently that everything there is expensive, but it kind of just depends on what you're in the hunt for from what I've seen.

This was my first time at the exchange and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of stuff that the store had especially for someone like me who collects physical media aI definitely see myself coming back and building up some credit my only nitpick is that when I wanted to trade a 4k in that was missing a disc I wasn’t able to trade it without the 4k disc but apart from that the employees were very nice and helpful and I can’t wait to come back

i love this place for buying CDs and games but don't trade anything in. they gave me $33 store credit or $20 cash for like 25 newer, barely used CDs. many of which i bought from their store for ~$10 each a couple years ago. edit: gave an extra star for a great vinyl selection at somewhat reasonable prices.

Great place to reminisce about the good old days while browsing music on cd of the artists you enjoyed as a kid. Or video games of the 90’s. Everybody is Alyssa eager to help n very knowledgeable.
